      Overtime opportunities can be a great stepping stone into a better opportunity.

      Cons

      Management has its pets that don’t have to work while everyone else has to pick up the slack. Once the plant manager doesn’t like you he makes it his mission in life to get rid of you.

      Pros

      good pay, exceptional management. Working for EPP is a pleasure due to the support received from management. The management provides what we need without question. When we need help it is provided right away. I have been employed in this field for more than 50 years and I consider EPP to be the best company I have ever worked for.
