Pros
There are many companies out there that talk the talk but few actually walk the walk. It isn't your ma and pop company but still got a family vibe, many good people here. I was never told no on a safety basis, if I asked for any safety equipment there were practically 0 ?'s other than desired specs. I was even permitted to personally select from catalog my climbing belt.
Cons
It is corporate, and alot of decisions come with out the personal perspective of the people you work with every day. I mean I understand that eliminates any biased opinions and such it keeps critical decisions professional and impersonal. Actually I just realized that is what I don't like that I was served a decision that I believe would have been different bc of a bias perspective but logically speaking it does make sense in the big picture of keeping your business safe and fair
