Pros
It is a good starting point IF you are new to the US job market or you want to join the field without prior experience. They will "make" your experience and assure you pass the interviews and get a project. You will learn in 2 months what you will usually learn in 2 or 3 years. Once you are well stablished on the market and you feel technically self confident, it is a good moment to leave the company.
Cons
Not for a long term (more than 1 or 2 years). They "make" your experience. They go through different company names for the same organization (Tech Consulting, Information Tech Consultants, Mobile Apps, Enhance IT), all of them based in Atlanta, GA. Sr Managers you will never see them, they dont care about you at any moment unless there is a problem, I only met them when I left the company and they sue me. I don´t understand why they make you move to Atlanta, share a room with one or two other guys for months, when you are being trained by someone in India or Pakistan and all your interviews are remote. They will ask you to move to anywhere in the country. You can be today in Boise, in 3 months in San Francisco, the next 6 months in KEntucky, etc. and everything paid by yourself. Believe me, salary is low.
