      Pros

      There are a lot of really good and motivated people working for the company. Opportunities to travel and competitive compensation.

      Cons

      If you are not Italian you have no chance of progressing beyond the lower levels. This is not really an international company. It is an Italian company and non-italians are not really trusted no matter how good they are.
