Low pay and constant contention - Account Manager Epsilon Inc Employee Review

The pay was well below average, there were no SOPs and when I questioned if there were SOPs, I was met with sarcasm and pretension, stating that their company is ever evolving and SOPs are shortsighted. Only for about 2 weeks later I was asked to create SOPs for the position. I am now employed in a top 50 Global Fortune company and see the glaring holes in Epsilon. It starts at the top with management and they have no interdepartmental cohesiveness. In fact, each apartment is at each other's necks constantly. I never felt welcomed or valued. And that's the sentiments of most reviews.
