      Pros

      Reasonable working hours. Very nice support staff.

      Cons

      Poorly aligned management team who can’t / don’t want to work together. Shambolic and erratic attitudes towards decision making... if any. Poor quality team across the board with little legitimate M&A know-how. Suspect a 3month intern at JP knows more corporate finance then these people.

      Pros

      Some of the best career pathing in banking. Great leadership, fun environment, lots of access to clients and learning.

      Cons

      none to note. as expected from banking, hours can be difficult. Pay is great.
