Pros

They really go by the values they preach, which is very relieving since many places say they value their employees and as soon as you are hired you notice its a lie. They give you stipends to use on your wellness, education, and betterment of your workspace, which promotes personal growth. the company is 100% remote so it helps for when you want to travel and keep working at the same time. they are very flexible when it comes to scheduling, they are aware live happens and you might need a few hours off in a moments notice. they are always talking about growing in the company and its good to see that they do promote that, they encourage the employees to strive for more.

Cons

one of their values is kindness and sometimes it is taken too far letting some few bad seeds get away with things that are not good in a work environment, although, I must say they do take act upon them when it becomes too much. payment with ergeon is a bit on the lower side in comparison to other outsourcing companies, although it does provide a comfortable living wage depending on were you live.

Pros

Something I love about Ergeon is that they invest in their employees abilities rather than their impact on they have on the team. This means they will help either mold you into into the position you are working for or they will help you find another place that helps you grow even more.

Cons

Something I’ve always struggled with at Ergeon is the reality that we’re a startup and we operate very lean. Joining the company as a teenager and spending all of my twenties here has meant making real sacrifices—especially around finances. There were a lot of things my friends were able to do, like travel or enjoy certain experiences, that I simply couldn’t afford at the time. I know it’s different for people working in other countries or in different circumstances, but for someone living in the U.S., it hasn’t always been easy. Still, I’ve stayed because I believe in what we’re building and the long-term vision, even if the path hasn’t always been comfortable.

Pros

Various funds to support the purchase of improved hardware and things to help you work better. Remote workers health insurance. Consistent payment with no delays.

Cons

Very focused on AI integration to improve organizational performance, but the customer experience seems to come second to this. Very driven by the sales targets and can cause pressure to perform. Commission for sales is on the very low end.
