Lots of growth and opportunities

Leadership has lost their way. This used to be a great company. Now it’s one of those places that likes to say “we’re a family” but uses that that overwork people. When a sacrificial lamb was needed, I got let go and my highly dysfunctional boss got promoted. The family disappeared. Pay is ok, but below market anywhere outside of Mississippi.
