      Solid technical and implementation capabilities around PLM, CAD, ERP Integration and overall enterprise process management. Multiple product development teams bringing to market PDM, PLM and Connector products.

      Cons

      Industry is making it difficult to find skilled resources. Company plan is to develop that talent in house which is great.
