if you need a job this is for you. there's really no pros to this csr position. your are pretty much stuck with no room for advancement. 1 PRO- you meet some very nice accounts that actually make your day at work enjoyable. co-workers at the lab

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION UPPER MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW THE EMPLOYEES. BENEFITS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE YOU CAN NOT LEARN ABOUT A NEW PRODUCT IN 24 HRS AND GET A MYSTERY CALL AS WELL. MAKES NO SENSE. YOU CAN'T BE TOO COMFORTABLE WITH ONE THING WITH THIS COMPANY THINGS CONSTANTLY CHANGE . REQUESTING TIME OFF IS A PAIN. NO MORE THAN 6 IN THE ENTIRE CC IS RIDICULOUS. SHOULD BE PER LAB HOW EVER WHEN THE(CCC) TOOK OVER IT WAS A MESS. THE LAB AND ESSILOR CCC ARE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE. THAT LEAVES REPS IN A WHAT TO DO CASE ,BECAUSE, LAB MANAGEMENT SAYS DO IT THIS WAY AND CCC MANAGEMENT SAYS DO IT ANOTHER WAY. ESSILOR NEED STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATION. THIS COMPANY IS A MESS. IT'S UNFAIR AND UNORGANIZED.

Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
