Toxic environment with poor management practices - Beamline Scientist European Spallation Source Employee Review

In my experience, contracts were often short-term or structured in ways that felt unfavorable towards the employee I experienced the work environment as stressful, unpleasant, unfriendly, and felt that concerns raised to HR and management were not addressed I had concerns about some construction and operational processes, which I felt could be improved but there lacks communication between line and management I was by far not the only one raising these concerns, but employee turnover is very high there
