      Pros

      My personal experience was great! At evermore development there is a positive atmosphere, high energy and excitement to get the work day started, lots of support from other employees, acts as a second family, if you like to travel you'll be given several opportunities. There is definitely room to grow in the company and you can make a life long career out of it. Highly suggest working here if you have a entrepreneur mindset.

      Cons

      Could use a better communication system. Not much of a work/life balance.

      Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we can improve. We do make every attempt to communicate clearly on all fronts, especially with our new hires, but there is always room to do better. Part of the process of being promoted is learning how to clearly communicate with others, both as individuals and as a group, which leaves room for error. But we do firmly believe the best way to learn is to do/teach others. We could not agree more that a strong work ethic and desire are definitely key- time management workshops and personal calendar maintenance are both in our upcoming training sessions.

      Pros

      The company is really trying to create a new market, so there are very interesting challenges. Great way for your horizons to grow and expand.

      Cons

      It can be very busy! I personally get emotionally invested in all the work I do, but my boss can't be more helpful, delighted to give advice, to help me grow and to provide support.

      Pros

      I think the best parts about working at EDGI is really the amazing atmosphere of people that are there. Everyone is growing together and being put in situations that are extremely uncomfortable but in way that brings us all together and MAJOR personal growth. The owner is also amazing. She would do anything to see someone succeed.

      Cons

      It’s hard work. If you want anything good in life it’s not going to be the easiest thing in the world. The job requires you to give 100% but in the process you find out who you really are as a person and it continually builds you up.
