Pros

Absolutely no pros for this company.

Cons

If you’re searching for a company that’s a true pioneer in setting unrealistic expectations, look no further! Working here is like being on a treadmill set to sprint mode—except there’s no ‘stop’ button, and payday is a mythical event that might happen... eventually. Imagine being in a never-ending loop of meetings, where the only thing more regular than your overtime hours is the uncertainty of your paycheck actually arriving on time. You’ll be treated to the thrill of working late nights, knowing full well that even your best efforts will leave you with more on your plate than when you started. In summary, this company has mastered the art of stretching every ounce of your time and energy, only to return the favor with sporadic paychecks. Apply if you enjoy the thrill of chaos—but don’t say you weren’t warned!

Pros

EHG has some of the best people I have ever worked with. Its a diverse group of marketers, creatives, scientists and technologists. We work with a variety of big pharma and emerging life science firms. We work hard but have fun. The arrow is pointing up for 2025 regarding growth.

Cons

Being a small med comm firm, we run lean and everyone has to wear a few hats. Its not a place for those who simply want to manage and not be part of getting the work done

Pros

There are some really talented day to day people that were great to work with. I enjoyed working here originally but the past 6 months or so there was a huge culture shift

Cons

New VP-level leadership (who call themselves the 'trio') are extremely difficult to work with and just aren't good people, causing day to day employees to leave in droves. They have no idea what their employees do on a daily basis and don't take the time to ask for the input of people who have been at the company for much longer than themselves. Perks (PTO, holidays, etc) and pay are well below industry standard. Raises/promotions are hung in front of peoples faces to keep them working but they take several months to actually happen, or they don't happen at all. There have been multiple rounds of layoffs in the past few years where good day to day workers are let go and poor VP-level 'leaders' are retained.
