      Pros

      Exceleron Offers a great environment for creativity and working on unique marketing project. They are really good at Real Estate Marketing, and unique projects. You rarely have to work Overtime, so I am out of the office by 5 most days. Unlike the last marketing firm I worked for.

      Cons

      They are a small firm, so you have to work hard. Which all in all is fine, but they offer little benefits. Only Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Time.

      Pros

      The owner believes in a strong work life balance and was upfront about it from the begin. Which mean I only worked 40hrs a week, was expected to take my PTO and was not expected to do any work on weekends or after hours. Small Team environment so your opinion and feedback is heard. Work is creative and because they work on a variety of clients it doesn't get boring. 11 Paid Holidays including Black Friday for some reason

      Some of their clients can be challenging. No Health Insurance just Dental, and Vision

      Pros

      I worked at Exceleron Designs for over a year. Great people, good development and designer team environment. The team is dedicated to their technology areas and strive to deliver first class software and websites. Excellent opportunity to lead new projects and learn valuable web development skills whether in front or in back-end. Management is on point and engaged with developers.

      Cons

      Deadlines must be met on time.
