The job advertisement I applied to said something like “and you will get to work with the nicest team in Berlin.” Well after a year (and what a year!) as the Language School Coordinator at Expath, I can say that it was totally true. Working with such a fun and motivated team makes every day at work much easier. The working environment is amazing; even in these times of Corona fun online company events have been organized as well as trainings and workshops, giving us the opportunity to keep on developing. As a mother it was important to me that I could have flexible working hours and I can say they do their best to offer this in order to make conciliation with family life smoother. I am very excited to be part of a company which is growing rapidly; there is so much space for learning! I feel I'm in the right place and I'm looking forward to seeing where the next steps take us!
