It is hard work and they don't like it when you are late at all, or on your phone.

Pros

You'll learn valuable life lessons about trust and deception.

Cons

They only pay enough to keep you from leaving, and raises are only given if you threaten to quit. As an Inventory Manager you'll be isolated in an office the size of a closet, be forced to take lunches alone and be excluded from most company functions. If you get sick and end up on life support they'll post your job while you're still in a coma. If you survive, HR will blame you for the health insurance rates being raised (even though another employee went through cancer treatment). Management will force you to use vacation time at Christmas instead of doing a layoff. They make a public spectacle of donating money to charities under a veil of Christianity, but when their own employees are dying of cancer they turn their backs and go into protection mode. Salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
