They strike the right balance of supporting you while not micromanaging The teams are well managed and there is good communication within and between teams Intelligent people Very fun environment
Cons
You're expected to learn new things and wear lots of hats. I, and most people, found this stimulating, but I saw a few people who were not able to be flexible enough and quit. If you want a job where you do the same thing every day, this isn't for you.
