      Great product and most people are terrific and truly care

      Cons

      Employees are not valued and are treated with disrespect by new leadership. Rob is great- but he’s not in charge anymore.

      - Great place to work - Small, so you aren't a number - The people - The people we help

      Cons

      - pay is a little bit low for almost all jobs across the board. They substitute with stock options. If this company ever does go public and the stocks are worth couple dollars then this con will become a pro.
