Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience while at First Finish. We are very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we take all feedback as an opportunity to improve. We are glad that you appreciated the catered lunches and fully-stocked kitchen. We are often faced with circumstances requiring team members to work longer than usual hours. While we try our best to make the working environment (both in the office and in the field) as comfortable as possible, we greatly appreciate the sacrifices made. That being said we do not enter into agreements with clients in which seven (7) day-work weeks are mandated for the field staff, and we limit the necessity to work six (6)-day work weeks for the office staff, to the best of our abilities.
While we are constantly upgrading company-owned equipment loaned to staff members (laptops, monitors, tablets, mobile phones, etc.) so that we can operate efficiently with help from the latest technology, with the expectation that the contents developed with/on said technology is the property of the company (as is standard practice), the monitoring of private home conversation is certainly not done, nor is it legal in the United States. We can assure you that we will continue to implement appropriate policies and procedures to ensure we operate as responsibly and fairly as we can.
