Pros

- North Loop location is kind of fun sometimes - Some good clients in the ag and food space - Some really good, smart people - Flexible environment. Work from home, hours, etc.

Cons

- Lack of/poor management and leadership. No clear, or at least clearly communicated, direction on where the company is headed. - Not great benefits (parking in the ramp is $160/month, street is much cheaper but not always convenient) - Office environment can be fun but is also highly distracting - Lack of internal communication - Certain clients (well, 1-2 clients) take priority over seemingly all others - Poor/lack of processes - Hours prioritized above all - Nothing impressive about the work, and sometimes puts out work they're not confident in just to get it done Beyond all this, people just don't seem to be a priority. There are several offices, with Minneapolis the biggest and now seemingly the new HQ, but they're so disparate and nobody knows what's going on with one another. People are let go or leave on there own with almost zero acknowledgement, and in general there just doesn't seem to be an interest in fostering connections or caring. Also wonder about their ability to be profitable, and titles are rather inflated towards the top -lots of management but not a lot of people doing the work on some accounts.

Pros

I've had a really great experience with the team I was placed in for the summer. They have all been very supportive, and I can tell that they are invested in my learning and growth. Not only that, but my mentor has been wonderful to work with, and I always feel comfortable approaching them with questions. I really like how collaborative the environment is and the amount of work I've been entrusted with. I also LOVED the other interns I got to work with this summer. We made a great team—HR did an excellent job at recruiting a solid group of interns.

Cons

In the short period of time I've been here, it's been easy to tell how cutthroat the office environment can be at times. Some employees are very passive aggressive or outright mean/rude to each other, which has made me feel uneasy. People don't feel comfortable giving honest feedback to each other or being proactive about solving conflicts... very childish at times. Additionally, not a very diverse staff.
