      Learn about nature, friendly staff.

      Cons

      Outside work and bugs. If you're not up for getting bit and eaten alive then this is not the job for you. If you're not for a tan and sweating, not for you.

      Non-profit organization, outside, generous stipend for work clothes, etc.

      Little to no room for growth. Huge disparity between field staff pay and those working in salaried office jobs.
