Ton of pros to think of: Work life balance (people take long vacations quite often) Surrounded by top engineers that came from Square, Airbnb, Google, etc.. The company's mission is actually something to be passionate about Company is the fastest growing Y-Combinator company, ever.
Cons
The only "con" is that its a fast growing company, so if someone is looking for slower pace, it may not be the place for you.
