      It's good for junior engineer. You can handle various designs from any company requested. Most colleagues are glad to share their knowledge.

      Cons

      Technology is not very advanced because the only one tape-out foundry is UMC. The pay in Faraday is uncompetitive.

      The manager is kind and willing to open a discussion to engineer. You are encouraged to try circuits.

      Cons

      The team in Oregon is small. The resourse in North America may be limited. After all it is not a big company.
