Pros
Been here around 6 months and thought I'd offer a fresh faced opinion. Can't say I've seen many (if any) of the negative examples other posters have mentioned in my time here. I've brought forward multiple ideas on ways that might improve my position and had more than a couple implemented already, so the comments on management not listening are either false or no longer true in my opinion.
People here are great. That's what makes any job enjoyable - who you work with.
Weekly pay checks are nice. Set hours, understanding supervisor. Good sense of humor, willing to lend a hand when help is needed. Answers any and all questions I have, even the dumb ones.
Cons
There are a few people here who like to bemoan how bad things are or how hard they work while others don't. Same as any job I think. Some people just feel they are the only ones who's job matters.
