Cons
* Very average infrastructure. * Attrition rate is higher. * Company never gone 100+ employees. * Looks like they are satisfied with current strength and don't want to grow. * Appraisal process is not standard. * No matter how long you worked. Don't expect that you will be treated well while leaving the job.
