Pros
Great pay, decent benefits, great co-workers to work with, a paycheck every week (not bi-weekly)
Cons
Inconsistent on the times you get off, it could be 4, 6, or even up to 12 hour shifts. So if you have a normally tight schedule (such as school, or another job that starts in the morning), you might want to think about it before applying. You get quite dirty as well.
