Worst place I've ever worked - Anonymous employee Ferrero Employee Review

Lack of communication between staff. Never aware of where anyone was, manager could be out for weeks and wouldn't communicate with team. Zero interest/structure/plan for on-boarding. No interaction with manager, no team meetings and no 1-1s....no clue what anyone was doing. Lack of support when trying to find information. Unfriendly culture throughout the majority of the site leading to feeling isolated. Understaffed and lack of interest in resolving the issue. Chaotic. If you don't speak Italian then you will spend most of your time on Google translate trying to figure out what is going on.
