I don't have any cons.

Amazing company culture. Unlike many, when they say we support and value you, they truly mean it. The people, the leadership, and the culture are incredible. I would consider the pay to be very fair. There are some places that pay a little more but all the pros make working there more than worth it.

If I had pick something I would say we could probably use a few more holidays off but that would be me just knit picking. You get all the major holidays, just not the “Eves” like Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
