The company recently went through a very large reorg that it's clear they were in no way prepared for. Months after the announcement, which even management seemed surprised about, and the ad group still feels like everyone just scrambling to do their own things the loudest in the hopes that it will become the official way of doing things. The day-to-day feels confusing and hard to predict, with team assignments getting shuffled constantly and new tools being rolled out every few weeks. I don't feel like anyone up top has a clear idea of how to get us out of this state.
