1. Extreme favouritism, and bias and polarised teams in Kolkata. 2. There are few people who are not willing to adapt to an energetic environment and wish to remain lazy. 3. The work culture gets toxic due to politics and talking behind the back. 4. HR policies could have been better. 5. False commitments for offsite opportunities at the time of interview
