      Pros

      Whole Experience depends on your Immediate Manager. Mine is very good, He is technically sound and understands the hurdles when you are working on tech projects. Always keeps work life balance first.

      Cons

      medical Cover is not that good. No learning platform like Coursera etc.

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
