Pros

managers are great... it’s not easy being management and they have a business to run. Despite the reviews this is a great company to work for. Just do your job (it’s what they are paying you for). Prior management was good but too interested in being your friend. There is opportunity as long as you DO YOUR JOB.... excited for the future.0

Cons

Just finally having management that hold people accountable.

Pros

Flexible hours, decent pay, good management team, team atmosphere, listens to employees ideas, dress down days are a plus. Training is long as there is a lot to learn

Cons

Benefits are not the best. Need 401K employer contribution. More cross training in other departments would be helpful. No other cons I can think of.

Pros

They have an employee appreciation day, paid 30 min lunch and celebrate birthdays and such for most of the employees...

Cons

Where do I start.... First of when I was hired I was told my job would be one thing and I needed up doing about three times the normal work load plus a ridiculous amounts of extra tasks that shouldn't have even been delegated to my position at all. The training was incomplete, and I was actually miss trained on several things, then my managers would reprimand me for doing thing I didn't even realize were wrong. I was told that you would have to work late everyday due to the nature of the job and that overtime was expected, and that I was expected to stay until all my work was compete, than reprimanded for working too much overtime. ?!. The work load is incredibly high for the amount of pay, and even if you did get paid enough it wouldn't make up for the stress involved. The only way to make it in this company is if you know management. It's all about who you know and are friends with. Even so, you also have know how to play thier game right and be a huge kiss a**. Just being an honest hard worker will not get you anywhere in this company. Your expected to cheat and that's the only way you will advance here.
