Pros
Some projects in .NET are good. Also there is a Tech COE team which gets good work. There is not much pressure which is sometimes good.
Cons
Employees are mostly hired to get billing from clients. Mostly people are idle and managers do no work at all. This is not a good company if you are looking for core technical work. You can join if you are a manager and don't want to do any work.
