Pros
I had a great time at Fixico. It's a company that really wants you to learn and makes the most out of yourself. I am thankful for the opportunity that I had to work here!
Some of my pros regarding the entire company:
- Everyone was willing to help you, no matter the department. It was also easy to just strike up a conversation with everyone about non-work related matters
- Free lunch for interns, always nice!
- Free snacks/drinks that you can take throughout the day
- The ability to work from home
- The company occasionally organises events such as mini-golf and ping-pong - A serious, but also outgoing atmosphere. It is a workplace after all, but there was always space for jokes
- You have a gym in the building that you are free to use
Some pros regarding my department (marketing):
- Check-in every 2 weeks with your mentor, to see how things are going, implementing feedback, if there are any difficulties you are facing
- Really nice and helpful people
- There was always something to do and the work varies a lot
It felt like you were already a full-time employee, learning a lot along the way. I think everyone would benefit from an internship like this, but you have to be willing to work hard.

I don't have any specific cons from my own experience at Fixico.
