+Work/Life Balance: The firm offers several different tracks, enabling people to make big law dollars or having more personal time. +Great Clients: The firm works on top name companies, resulting in a very interesting and a steady stream of work +The People: The people are top-notch. They are driven and smart, but are also laid back and friendly.
Cons
-Training is lacking, although steps to improve this area are underway. -Some of the upper-level management can be somewhat unclear about expectations at times. -Some people dislike the location, although the firm seems to be about 50/50 in-towners vs. suburbanites.
