Pros
- The company is very transparent, you ask about anything and get an answer - Easy to access the founders (and they listen) - My coworkers are great - Everyone is committed to improving the product and is bought into the mission - Anyone can have ideas and management encourages you to try them out - Benefits have improved and the company actually encourages you to use them
Cons
- Being at a startup means there are some growing pains. The team has gone from just a <10 to almost 40 in just a year. There's some reorganizing going on and just adjustment to growing so fast
