Kings and Queens of hire and fire - Mid-career Professional Flow (WA) Employee Review

Flow hires very capable talent, gets a shot in the arm from their enthusiasm and experience, and then lays them off. Does this on a 2-3 year interval. My advice to any seasoned professional considering Flow is that despite what they tell you in the interview, you will be kicked to the street without warning once they have what they want from you. Not a shred of integrity to be found in the senior management ranks. Senior management is a very secretive bunch, very much like a religious cult....you've been warned. Avoid!
