Pros
Working as a Sales Engineer at Flyte Solutions has been a really solid experience. The technical team is sharp and responsive, which makes it much easier to work with clients confidently. I’ve been able to contribute both technically and strategically in pre-sales conversations, demos, and product walkthroughs. Collaboration between departments is good, and management listens when sales-side feedback needs to be passed to the product team. There's enough autonomy to shape your approach, but also support when needed.
Cons
Some proposals and demo timelines can feel tight when multiple opportunities hit at once. But with good coordination, it's manageable.
