Leaving a huge company with 65,000 employees to join a start-up was scary, for sure, but I am glad I took a leap of faith.

Cons
There was a lot of turnover at this company before I joined, and it created a period of turmoil for clients and employees alike. There were a number of frustrated clients that I had to have tough conversations with in the beginning. Things are much better now.
