Pros

Salary was competitive Remote position

Cons

- Believe me when I say out of the many jobs I've worked in my 15+ year career, this company had the worst culture and work life balance I had ever seen in my life. Meetings can start as early as 5am depending on the client and you think you'll get to finish the working day earlier due to the time sacrifice but nope. It's just expected you'll still work to 5pm AT LEAST. - Zero onboarding. There is a 2 week "bootcamp" which is meant to be some sort of onboarding but it's irrelevant to the main responsibilities of the job, doesn't strengthen you in what you need to know plus its jam packed for no reason whatsoever. - The team dynamics or culture just didn't seem helpful or supportive, you're left on an island to figure complicated, high stakes solutions but hey at least you did that useless 2 week onboarding right? - I ignored the reviews here that were warning or highlighting the negatives of the company due to salary and opportunity but its truly not worth it and unless you're absolutely desperate, I strongly believe if you're reading this you can find a better job at a better company. There are current employees I'm in contact with who happily share they're job hunting elsewhere or know their stint at the company is definitely going to be limited

Pros

Strong story and value proposition; aimed at the right target to improve a software domain filled with indistinguishable incumbents Flat hierarchy with opportunities to collaborate across teams and deliver real impact, both internally and with customers Culture of trust; delegation of ownership, not tasks Effectively a fully remote company with flexible work arrangements Strong marketing team and company voice on digital channels Competitive pay

Cons

GTM challenges, difficulty positioning, and sales org churn; trending in a better direction with recent changes Sales-led; product is a feature team, not enabled to understand and solve the core challenges of customers Customer delivery model is dependent on individual contributors (i.e., the "hero model") Culture and work environment is highly team-specific No 401k for US employees
