-It is clear that management values money over all else. No shortcut is too small to save a penny. See previous 3 bullets regarding employees. Extends to engineering designs as well.
-Large portion of the company is in Indonesia. Alone this is not a con, however this translates to regular meetings outside of typical work hours.
-Everything is micromanaged. Absolutely no decisions are made without first being approved by the CEO.
-Very high rate of employee turnover.
-While yes you can grow, you are expected to do so without any guidance. Sink or swim mentality.
