Pros
Fortem Technologies has some incredible products that are poised to be a staple in the future. So many talented and innovative people you get to work with every day. Most executives know how to inspire. It is an emerging and disruptive market so it is fast-paced and you are often challenged.
Cons
There is a culture issue that needs to be worked out and it starts at the top with the CEO. He works very hard and at times he is kind. The problem is at the drop of the hat he can be disrespectful/degrading. For that reason, I would find myself on guard when he was around because I didn't know what I was going to get. Often in meetings someone would be speaking (in turn) and he would interrupt them by saying "stop talking. I am the CEO." or "shut up, shut up, shut up." This is a problem many employees have been facing and it is burning some people out.
