      Cons

      - Very strict schedule - Limited elevators for the constant stream of employees (over 2,000) clocking in and out 24/7 - Shared workstations - 10-20% of people were sick at any given time

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
