Pros

Great pre-licensing training, lots of resources and help.

Cons

Billing training was rushed and confusing. There were a ton of systems and they were not easily accessible. It seemed as if they just wanted to hurry and get us on the phones to make their numbers.

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
