Big company. Great place to learn about basic business rules and Chinese workplace culture (favoritism, bureaucracy, top-down hierarchies, collective thinking...etc.)
Cons
1. C-level managers can't speak English. 2. No training or mentorship 3. Overtime without compensation 4. Chinese god altar at office area
