Pros
Really friendly atmosphere, everybody is easy enough to get along with. Dress down fridays and the Christmas party makes the working year go much faster. Managemennt really make you feel part of a team.
Cons
High turnover of staff due to the lead generation targets, can get you down if you have a bad month - can lead to elevated stress and poor results. Takes strength of character to do well here.
