Pros
Staff are nice and would do pretty much anything for you. Suits party people and single young people - could go far if you give up everything else.
Cons
Banter is simply bullying, racism, homophobia and sexual harassment/assault. HR do nothing about the issues and try to paper over with free lunch every 2 weeks. Long hours with no chance to take time back. Procedures and policies not followed. Management is the same person cloned several times - no ability to challenge or change. Staff do not have a voice. Will do anything for money.
