      Pros

      - Goals are clear - Supportive environment that encourages learning -Everyone is highly collaborative and very much willing to help - A great company to build discipline and a strong work ethics - Doesn't have the typical corporate culture where everyone is VERY serious (which I love because I get to build a more meaningful relationship with the people I encounter!)

      Cons

      - Fast-paced setup might not be for everyone - Learning curve is steep, so you really have to put in your A game!

      Pros

      Nothing apart from the salary. Even that they wont increase on yearly basis so its a crazy life in the jungle my friend. Still here coz I got bills to pay honestly.

      No job security Unpredictable team Managers are chosen on favoritism and promotion is given to the kissasses
