Terrible corporate leadership especially the one over the therapists. She's absolutely cruel. Firing people if their clients don't show , illegal to make salary workers only bill time for clients they see and not total hours a day when working snow days. Promoting bs level people over licensed people , telling us we can't complete trainings if we don't make productivity constantly changing policies on us last min. Promoting toxic people in leadership treating grown adults like disobedient teenagers. The therapists have case loads of 100 plus clients and are scheduled way out and clients are in crisis all the time and can't get in asap. Its the most unethical place on the planet to work.
