The team is passionate, opinionated and not political. It's all about results. Some people may not get what it means to work in environments like that, and they probably won't ever get it.
Cons
Company tries to do a lot of different things. It does many of them incredibly well but sometimes spreads themselves too thin. They have a hard time saying no to a customer or a deal.
